I'm fascinated by the role of photographer as author, interpreter, and storyteller. I like to think about the paradoxes that this role throws up—in particular how photographs can be used both as documentations of reality and also as a means of self-expression.

My current work uses unposed documentary photographs to try and describe the intangible—themes that concern themselves with emotion, consciousness, and human hopes and fears.
